If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, it will be processed the next working day. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sunday's or Bank holidays.

Goods must be signed for upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address you selected for your order.
Due to the nature of the products we cannot guarantee that it will not be faulty. In the case of food items we ensure they are dispatched within recommended use by date with sufficient time for consumption.
We will arrange to replace any faulty item and replace it like for like (subject to stock) as long as it is still within recommended use by date and it has been stored in suitable conditions. If we cannot replace like for like we will refund you an amount equal to the value of the faulty item using the same card used for payment. We reserve the right to ask you to provide evidence of the fault and/or to collect the faulty item for inspection (at our cost). Any returns can be sent directly to the restaurant.
STOLEN OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you give instructions for delivery services to leave your goods outside your house or in a safe place and they get stolen, we cannot be held responsible and we will not replace the order or refund the value of it.
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery. Claims for breakages or damage will only be accepted if we are notified by email or telephone on 0161 806 0547 within 2 working days of delivery and the damaged products and their packaging are kept for inspection and the loss or damage is noted at the time of delivery. We will then arrange a replacement of the damaged goods within 2-5 working days. Should you not wish to replace we will credit your card for the amount of damaged or broken goods within 30 days of you notifying us.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order and return your goods for any reason you may do so provide they are returned in the same condition they were sent and within recommended use by date. All returns and cancellations must be requested by contacting us on within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. We will arrange a courier service to collect the goods on our behalf as soon as the return request is approved and processed.
Once processed and approved a refund will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and are as stated in the shop. The prices include standard rate VAT (Value Added Tax), unless otherwise specified. Delivery charges are additional. We only accept payments made using Sage Pay services such a Visa, MasterCard or Amex as stated on this website.
TAST GIFT CARD
Tast issued gift cards can only be redeemed in the restaurant. If you wish to purchase goods using your gift card you can do so by visiting our restaurant. Unfortunately, we cannot process gift cards in our online shop.
We will not sell wine to anyone who is not 18 years old or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying a case of wine as a gift the recipient of gift must also be over 18 years old. Once the wine has been delivered to the address provided it becomes the recipient’s responsibility.
We cannot be liable for any delay in delivering your goods if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider concerning the performance of this Agreement.
